1. Sift corn starch, egg and sugar.
2. Pour the yogurt, corn starch, egg yolk, lemon juice and vanilla extract into milk and mix it well.
3. Put the cream cheese in it and stir it to keep lumps from forming.
4. Separate the egg white from yolk and put it in a bowl. Whip egg whites until foamy and then mix it until the foam begins to make peaks.
5. Spread the gauze on the bottom of the inner pot. Place the castella on it and pour the dough of cake into it. Biscuits soaked in butter can be used instead of castella.
6. Close the lid and pour 600 cc of water into the heating plate, and set the pressure lid.
7. Set the temperature and time as 95 °C and 1 hour 30 minutes. Press the start button.
Castella is a typical japanese cake, which can be sustituted by a simple sponge cake or pound cake.
