This recipe is fairly simple. Choose fresh aromatic herbs and put them in the OCOO with oil, setting the temperature at 45°C for one hour.

Infused Oils
- 1 bunch aromatic herbs
- 1 l olive oil
Directions
- Clean herbs.
- If you wash the herbs with running water, line them on a clean cloth and dry pat them.
- Shut the inner lid, couple the outer body and select from a menu. Push the down arrow to adjust the cooking time to 2:00, set the temperature to 45°C and then push the start button.
- Bottle in a sterilized jar. Keep away from direct sunligh, storing the bottle in a cool and dry place.
