Directions
Vacuum pack the asparagus with salt and olive oil and add the cooking bag to the ceramics pot.
Place the ceramics lid and close the OCOO with the pressure lid.
Set the Wellbeing mode for 1.5 hours at 75°C and cook.
Open the OCOO and take off the bags. Immerse the bags in ice and water to chill them and stop the cooking. Keep chilled until service.
