Directions
Fill the ceramics pot with water, apple and sugar. and vanilla pod.
Place the steamer and add basil, mint, the cinnamon stick and the hibiscus flowers.
Place the ceramics lid and close the OCOO with the pressure lid.
Set the Wellbeing mode for 3 hours at 75°C and cook.
Open the machine and take out the steamer. Allow to cool in the fridge in an airtight container until service.
Keep cool until use. Serve chilled.
