Directions
Place the potato in the ceramics pot and season with the half of the salt.
Add the monkfish dices and add the remaining salt. Pour the fish stock and the tomato sauce.
Place the ceramics lid and close the OCOO with the pressure lid.
Set the Wellbeing mode for 2 hours at 90°C and cook.
Open the pressure lid and add the freshly chopped parsley just before serving.
