Directions
Pepper and salt the meat and place it in the ceramic pot. If you wish, you can sauté the potatoes on high heat until golden brown.

Set the Wellbeing mode for 10 hours at 80°C or for 95°C for 5 hours and cook.
Open the pressure lid, taste to verify the texture and add salt to taste if necessary.
