1. Peel and clean the inside of the skate. Wash it well and cut to the proper size.
2. Wash the water dropworth and cut it into 6 cm length.
3. slice the green and red pepper diagonally.
4. Spread the water dropworth or the celery on the inner pot and place the skate on it.
5. Put the marinade on the skate and place the red and green pepper on top of it.
6. Close the lid. Pour 600 ml of water into the heating plate and set the pressure lid.
7. Set the temperature and time as 65 °C and 1hr 30 min. Press the start button.
Skate fish can be cookeed by different temperatures according to your taste. If the outside temperature is low, it is recommended to cook well enough by high temperature. And also you can select <Nutritional stew> from the menu.
